Book processing
James Bennett provides processing services on all book and non-book materials at competitive rates, with fast turnaround and flexibility.
Processing services including book covering using PVC, contact or other materials nominated by you; spine reinforcement; tattle tape; barcodes; ownership stamps; date due slips and pockets; library stickers and spine labels.

Cataloguing
James Bennett offers full cataloguing services by qualified librarians.
Cataloguing services include:
- Original cataloguing — based on an AACR2 Level 2 standard record
- Copy cataloguing — can include the addition of your library’s holdings to Libraries Australia
James Bennett works with agencies in Australia and overseas to deliver MARC records to Australian libraries for local and overseas titles.

Bennett's Print On Demand (BPOD)
Costs of acquiring copyright approval for print documents has proven to be time consuming and no longer a viable option for James Bennett to competitively offer to our customers. We have now ceased this service and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Electronic files wil now be:
- Purchased and supplied as they are
- Free files will be listed as AIO (available on internet only) and orders cancelled. We hope to include the web address on the title if it is in our database.
