James Bennett supports a wide range of message types in the EDIFACT and X12 standards. The transactions supported include:
- Purchase order
- Order acknowledgement
- Shipment notices and invoices
In addition, James Bennett is able to supply EDIMARC files (MARC files containing order or invoice data), which can be used by the MARC Loader in a number of library management systems for simultaneous update of catalogue and order records.
Files may be transmitted and received by email or FTP as required.
