The James Bennett blue ribbon service is for orders requiring the highest priority and ensures special orders are supplied to your specific requirements.

There is a fixed charge per title for the James Bennett blue ribbon service, plus any additional cost incurred such as Express Post, courier and customs charges.

The James Bennett rush service is for urgent orders.

- Reduced delivery times through prioritised order chasing

Fast track new releases
Our fast track new release titles consist of major authors, popular personalities and titles with major publicity surrounding their release. We aim to get these books to you by their release date.
Some of these titles will have embargo dates: in these cases, the publisher arranges a same-day delivery to James Bennett. We then deliver to customers by courier within the next 24–48 hours.
