BLUE RIBBON SERVICE

The James Bennett Blue Ribbon Service is for orders requiring the highest priority and ensures special orders are supplied to your specific requirements.  Benefits of a Blue Ribbon Service include:

• Your orders go to the front of the queue, every time
• Courier delivery
• Monitored progress of orders according to your instructions

There is a fixed charge per title for the James Bennett Blue Ribbon Service, plus any additional cost incurred such as Express Post, courier and customs charges. 

RUSH SERVICE

The James Bennett Rush Service is for urgent orders.  Benefits of a Rush Service include:

• Your orders go to the front of the queue, every time
• Reduced delivery times through prioritised order chasing
• Boxes are marked as 'urgent', for your attention at point of receipt

The Rush Service is offered to James Bennett library customers at no extra charge.
