How do I search for new releases?
New releases will be available to view up to 2 months prior to release in the Kit section of JBO. You can also search by month on JBO in advanced search as per the screen shot below.
How do I find out what the bestsellers are?
The Entertainment page of our website will always have a core list of Top selling DVD & CDs available, these lists will be updated on a regular basis.
How can I find out about special promotions?
There are a variety of ways you can see what titles we have on promotion. You can click on the special promotions tab, you can sign up for our Special promotions emails or you can read about them in our monthly newsletter.
What if I require help to build a selection list?
You can send your request through to entertainment@bennett.com.au and one of our friendly team will assist you in creating a selection list tailored to your needs.
What do the different DVD regions mean?
Region 1 - Canada, United States and its Territories
Region 2 - Japan, Europe, South Africa and the Middle East
Region 3 - Southeast Asia and East Asia
Region 4 - Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Central and South America
Region 5 - Indian Subcontinent, Former Soviet Union and Africa
Region 6 - China
Region 0 - Compatible in all regions
How do I know what region my DVD will be?
DVDs on JBO will be Region 4 with the occasional region 0 unless requested otherwise.
How do I know whether the DVD I order is PAL or NTSC?
DVDs on JBO will be PAL unless stated otherwise.
